Returns & Refunds


Refund Policy

Retro Store tees are bespoke and made to order, according to customer specifications on design, colour & size. If you purchase one, it will have been made especially for you, so it will be unique, and unlikely to be saleable to anyone else.

Before you buy a Retro Store Tee from us, please use our size chart. If you're still in doubt about the size you need, please contact us. We only offer exchanges and/or refunds on Retro Store tees if the item we have supplied is defective. 

Returns 

If you wish to return an item to us, please email us at 0nl1n3sh0p@thunderonline.com, quoting your order number, and the reason for return. We will consider the circumstances and reply within 24-48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective

Refunds (if applicable) 
If we elect to offer a refund or exchange, we will ask you to return it to us in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If it has been approved, but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this, seven working days have passed, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 0nl1n3sh0p@thunderonline.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Retro Store tees are bespoke and made to order, according to customer specifications on design, colour & size. As such they are unique. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 164 West Wickham Kent BR4 4AW (UK).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item because we do not control the postal service.
